VOYAGE@HANAZONOは松山市内の中心地にある 築20年のデザイナーズ賃貸を宿泊施設にリノベーションするプロジェクトです。
既存の賃貸住戸（２室）の消防設備、建築設備を最小限の工事で共同住宅→宿泊施設に改修。近年法改正があった新民泊法による宿泊施設に適合させるため、建物の部分的なリノベーションを行いました。ミニマム・ラグジュアリーなテイストで家具・インテリアなど、最小限の造作を行い改修がされています。
地元の名産物である今治タオル、砥部焼(千山窯等）、地元のコーヒー店(branch coffee)の焙煎豆等、宿がセレクトしたものを体験することができる「体験するえひめ」がコンセプト。宿泊者は近隣の花園町の商店街で開催されているマルシェ等を徒歩圏内で気軽に楽しむことができます。
長期滞在向けに最低限必要な家具、家電製品、食器類等も完備。１泊～１・２週間程度の宿泊を想定したプライベート型宿泊施設となっています。国内、海外を旅する旅行者が「暮らすように旅をする」ことができる空間となっています。

VOYAGE@HANAZONO is a project to renovate a 20-year-old designer rental in the centre of Matsuyama city into accommodation.
The existing rental units (2 rooms) were renovated with minimal fireservice system and building facilities into accommodation facilities. Partial renewal was carried out as an accommodation facility in accordance with the new Private Accommodation Law, which has been amended in recent years. The renovations were carried out with minimal construction, including furniture and interior design, in a minimalist and luxurious taste.
The inn’s selection of local specialities, such as Imabari towels, Tobe pottery (Senzangama kiln, etc.) and roasted beans from a local coffee shop (branch coffee), can be experienced. The concept is ‘Experience Ehime at the inn’. Guests can casually enjoy the Marche and other events held several times a month in the neighbouring Hanazono-machi shopping street, where local specialities can be purchased, within walking distance.
The accommodation is equipped with the minimum necessary furniture, appliances and crockery for long-term stays, and is designed as private accommodation for stays from one night to one or two weeks. The space is designed for domestic and international travellers to ‘experience local life’.
